We contracted Mega-Struct Projects for a turn key solution to convert a cottage.

Subcontractor of Mega-Struct broke into our property after allegedly not paid By Mega-Struct.

Owner, Delon Kelly, could not complete the work due to issues with subcontractors Mega-Struct appointed.

Plumbing and Electrical had to be removed and fully re-installed by new contractors due to poor workmanship and not per building standards.

Further discovered that deposits for tiles and joinery not made, after owner Delon Kelly provided quotes with "Paid" written on them.
