Not clear on warranty / unclear decision making process for warranties
Lava Fires make a really great product, however a product is only as good as its backup service. Our grate on your MAGMA 15kw has cracked in two places and MAGMA 10kw fan housing is vibrating. After numerous emails I finally called the JHB office and was told we need to refer this to the factory for technical analysis and decision. I just wanted to know if this covered by warranty or do I need to buy new parts - I'm happy with either answer - just get back to me - don't ignore my emails when there is a product with your products

Renew online - no mention of backlog at time of ordering the license disk
Renewed license disc with renew online SPAR Eagle Canyon branch on 8th Sept (Wed) dealing with Lorna. My license had expired and I mentioned the renewal was urgent. I only received the license disk on 14-Sep (96 hours later) despite the 48 hour commitment. I had to continually follow up with Lorna day by day and the reason gven was there was a "backlog" however when I received the license it was issued on 10th Sep (Fri). There is no excuse for lack of communication, it is free and doesn't cost anything.

Turnkey project disaster
We contracted Mega-Struct Projects for a turn key solution to convert a cottage. Subcontractor of Mega-Struct broke into our property after allegedly not paid By Mega-Struct. Owner, Delon Kelly, could not complete the work due to issues with subcontractors Mega-Struct appointed. Plumbing and Electrical had to be removed and fully re-installed by new contractors due to poor workmanship and not per building standards. Further discovered that deposits for tiles and joinery not made, after owner Delon Kelly provided quotes with "Paid" written on them.

Fraud reference S3-8AI2U-UHM6E
We experienced fraud on a mobile phone around airtime transfer, which was reported with all necessary documents to Vodacom Gateway in mid July.
