Nick Jude, the owner of Megaprop, has failed to repay my deposit. I moved out of the property at the beginning of July and have been waiting ever since.
The lease agreement clearly states that the deposit must be refunded within 7 days of vacating – and no later than 14 days after inspection. He did not attend the inspection himself, but there were two witnesses and photos proving the apartment was left in perfect condition. He raised no complaints or disputes after the keys were dropped off at his house.
Three months later, after numerous communications and emails, I still have not received my deposit. This is a blatant breach of contract and shows a complete disregard for tenants’ rights.
To make matters worse, his WhatsApp messages are unprofessional and rude. This is not how any landlord or business owner should treat tenants.
I cannot recommend Nick Jude or Megaprop to anyone – avoid them if you value your money and professional service.
