Ordered on 14 March 2020. Still waiting. Had a few answers on when they will ship at the opening of stage 3 of lockdown but no response since. Does not answer to emails and cell number from Facebook (067 868 5361) goes straight to voicemail. Does not even respond when contacted from a different email account to one the order was placed with. The website (www.melhor.co.za) also down with only a message and support email address for Shopify. Looks like these people has disappeared with my money.
