VOUCHER NOT HONOURED; POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

I bought a voucher for a picnic, wine and wine tasting for two in early December 2024. To celelbrate before my partner left country. I contacted Mellesat and a woman by the name of Chrismi answered and I booked a table for two on the 29/12/24. She was polite enough and confirmed the reservation. We eagerly looked forward to the outing and anticipated a great time. One the day she contacted us, as we were getting ready, to inform us all bookings were cancelled due to inclement weather. We understood and rebooked for 03/01/25. I called to confirm the reservation before we left on the day. I was informed there was a break in at the restaurant, they were dealing with the matter, poliec, etc. Fine we understood once more. These things happen. She informed me they would get back to us once it was sorted out. gave them sometime and contacted again on the 05/01/25 to reschedule once more for the 10-12/01/25 and possibly spend the night at their guesthouse, as my partner would be leaving in mid January on the 17/01/25. I had not heard back from nor my messages acknowledged until I finally contacted them on 23/01/25. Well my partner has already left but was adamant to get my money's worth. No response just blue ticks. so I told them thst I would be reporting the matter to wikideals and reviewing it. Here I am. Don't waste your time or money. It's a pity; sounds like a lovely place.
