Scam poultry business

I ordered 1day old chick vaccination from these people, they keep canceling my order after they say it will be shipped, i don't know what scam they are playing but this should not be a business still operating. I have chicks that needed to be vaccinated ages ago and i still haven't received my order, they initially said they can't ship over the weekend as the vaccination needs to be kept cold, another weekend is approaching and still no sign that i will get my order. Just send me my refund please if you can't run a business.
