Melochicks worst service
The worst chicken suppliers you can get in south Africa. I ordered 100 Ross chicks 🐤 they Emailed me an invoice to may payments immediately then I send a driver to go collect my chicks they died on the first day and they were dying everyday I tried reporting they didn't say anything to me but when I played an order they were super fast to respond because they wanted my money and it doesn't matter whether you give tge chicks vitamins keep them warm,in light and in safe enough water they just keep dying when the chicks were checked it shows that they were hatched before time. The chicks couldn't see nor walk most them

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Initially had a problem with them communicating with about the progress of my order. After receiving my order which was an incubator, it burnt all my my eggs which half of them were infertile and I had also ordered from them. I need them to contact me back with regards to the incubator but no one seems to be willing to answer my emails/WhatsApp or calls. I do not know what do to from here as this is immensely affecting my small business.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Initially had a problem with them communicating with about the progress of my order. Refund
We have a problem with melochicks.we ordered eggs early last month.they were not able to provide us with the eggs.so we ask for refunds because we have costumers who needed day old chicks.so we have refund them.we can not refund them because melochicks refused to refund us and they dont even respond to our WhatsApps.we just need our money back.

Scam poultry business
I ordered 1day old chick vaccination from these people, they keep canceling my order after they say it will be shipped, i don't know what scam they are playing but this should not be a business still operating. I have chicks that needed to be vaccinated ages ago and i still haven't received my order, they initially said they can't ship over the weekend as the vaccination needs to be kept cold, another weekend is approaching and still no sign that i will get my order. Just send me my refund please if you can't run a business. My order is MWZMCCUEU before they start making accusations that i didn't place an order with them Order at your own heartache, i don't recommend this nonsense of a business to anyone
