5 Months later and still nothing. Now I'm being ignored

I placed an order for 7 pairs of pants on 18 October 2025 to which I received 1 pair on 23 October. I have sent several emails and WhatsApp messages since to follow up and the last correspondence I received back from them was on 19 January! I have requested updates and feedback, and now I've requested a refund because 5 months is unacceptable to wait! I'm now being ignored.

6 Pairs of pants is not cheap and I haven't received them, nor have I gotten my money back. I am so disappointed and disheartened. I do NOT recommend
