My wedding was the 1st of may 2022- it was really a great experience- lovely food, beautiful venue. A few things were not done but overall- on my day i cannot complain. However - the after service has been terrible. And the sad reality is that i have seen many complaints about the same thing- REFUNDS. When its time for payment - we as customers try our best to pay pay pay and note its not a cheap venue- but when the roles are reversed then you expected to just wait. I have waited two months now for my refund and i have been put in a **** position - nagging for my money. All other suppliers with smaller businesses have paid their refunds back yet a larger supplier cannot. I keep asking and was told i will not be getting a refund this month. That is honestly not fair. The contract states 30 days after the event not whenever we can. i am so upset that i have to be put in a position where i need to follow up , ask, keep asking and nagging over what is rightfully mine.
