MEMS PROPERTIES ARE CROOKS - STAY AWAY

Stay away from MEMS properties. They masquerade as property managers but they are crooks. Venetia and Lawrence are crooks. This is how they stile from me: 1) I gave them my apartment to manage. 2) Without my consent they moved the tenant's payment date from the 1st of every month to the 16th of every month (rent is now paid in arrears) 3) They started charging interest and penalties on the tenant's monthly statement for late payments. 4) Instead of remitting to me the amount they are charging the client for late payments every month, they used the money to pay their salaries.
