MEMS PROPERTIES ARE CROOKS - STAY AWAY
Stay away from MEMS properties. They masquerade as property managers but they are crooks. Venetia and Lawrence are crooks. This is how they stile from me: 1) I gave them my apartment to manage. 2) Without my consent they moved the tenant's payment date from the 1st of every month to the 16th of every month (rent is now paid in arrears) 3) They started charging interest and penalties on the tenant's monthly statement for late payments. 4) Instead of remitting to me the amount they are charging the client for late payments every month, they used the money to pay their salaries. Judge for yourself! Are they a property manager?

Poor service
Travelled by Intercape from Pretoria and my intended destination was East London. Bus number 609 and the date of departure was 06 Nov 2022. After a long driver I realized I was not familiar with the environment I was in. I asked the driver if they were going to East London, he said no and they had already dropped East London passengers in King Williams and they were now on their way to PE. I asked why they had not used an amplifier to make the announcement to make sure it reached everyone in the bus, the drivers had no answer. They eventually dumped me in Grahamstown.

vodacom doesn't cancel contracts, stay away.
In December 2020, I requested a cancellation of my expired contract from vodacom. The consultant assured me they were cancelling. Come January 2021 I was still being billed. After not being impressed by the poor service I decided to prematurely cancel the other contract and immediately paid the premature cancellation fee. Come February 2021, come March 2021 no cancellation has been effected and I am still being billed. Naturally one would think these big organizations have systems but alas its chaose driven by greedy.
