Went to Telkom Menlyn shopping center to request them to transfer my contract data to my personal number, as it was on Telkom network, and they told me that its possible to do it. instead they canceled my personal number and replaced it with their contract number. After 2 days I noticed that my number is no longer available on Telkom network, so I went back to Telkom to ask them why my number is no longer working and they said my number has been canceled on their network. I pleaded with them to retrieve my number back to me and they couldn't do it, probably because they said their system was updated to new vision and they cant able to assist me. For 6 weeks I was without my personal number, i had to ask a friend from other office to assist which indeed they helped me. They didn't even allow me to speak to the branch manager when I asked them to let me go see him, as it was their mistake, they are so ***********.
