I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services I received at your Johannesburg branch. Despite having a scheduled appointment with the doctor at 11:00 AM, I was forced to wait for two hours due to the unavailability of the doctor. This delay is unacceptable, especially considering that I had already paid for the service.
During my wait, I observed that there were approximately 15 other clients waiting to see the doctor, which suggests a systemic issue with the clinic's management of appointments and staffing. Furthermore, I attempted to contact the clinic via telephone to inquire about the delay, but was unable to get through. It appears that the clinic is severely understaffed, with only one person handling all responsibilities. This is absurd and unacceptable for a clinic of your standing.
I urge you to take immediate action to address the shortage of doctors and support staff, and ensure that your branches are adequately resourced to meet the demand for your services. Your current practices not only result in poor patient care but also erode trust in your organization. I expect a higher level of service, especially given the fees that your clinic charges. I hope that you will take my feedback seriously and implement necessary changes to improve the quality of your services.
