Poor Services offered by Men's clinic Johannesburg: Hello Peter, I've recently had a session with one of the doctors at Men's Clinic Johannesburg, we had our discussions which led to a recommendation of buying their medications offered by the center. Firstly, I am offered something which has nothing to do with the conditions I have which could be life threatening. Secondly, when looking to discuss further with the doctor a couple of days later, I am told I was called in to purchase medication, and not to see the doctor without a valid reason.
My intuition tells me that the center's primary aim is to make revenues first before attending to people's needs. It is not a health care centre but a money mongering institution. I was given the impression that in order to see the doctor again I must first buy the medication recommended on the initial, but yet again this goes against the "promised" policy that states: for a R510.00 consultation fee you will have "ACCESS" to the doctor for a period of 3 Years. It turns that was just bait to have you looking at High unnecessary medical bills that are hard sold in order to have a session with the doctor.
I'd appreciate a response if there is anyone witnessing this post from the Men's Clinic International, it be great to also know where the company is from, where to lodge complaints etc as this information is not provided anywhere on the papers or website.
Kind regards.
