We are requested by the Merafong municipality to sent photos of our watermeter with the new reading in monthly. I did it,but the reading on my account is much more as the reading I sent in. When I went to correct it, the person who where before me,who was directed to the office was chased out,very harshly. We where cueing up. As I went to info ,I saw none of the 5 ladies were working. 2 of them had brunch at 9:40. I had to leave and went back today. There was no client with them,but I was told to sit down in the waiting area Another upset client come in. After half an hour I went and asked another lady who can assist me. She said it is the apartment where I was waiting. 3 min later she direct me to someone else,but as the other person was also waiting,I sat down. The guy that we had to see,then came out and asked why we were waiting as the system was of the whole time......and will maybe come on at 14:00. It was not yet 11:00 and we were there for more than an hour waiting in vain
This employees don't have any respect for us people and for our time.
