I have owned at 4 cars from this dealer and the latest E300 Cabriolet. Basically, their Service Department stinks. Not only are they ***********, but they fail to respond to calls or call you back to update you on issues with your car. My car is in for a failed battery since yesterday and only now after speaking to Seelan Pillay (assistant to the dealer principal) did I get an update on my car. Mercedes Benz South Africa is no better as I lodged a complaint this morning with Tersia in customer care and also didn't get any feedback from her. Mercedes Benz South African and DSM motors, you are ruining the brand name, one owner at a time.
