After a few weeks post-eye test, I received a message that my order was ready to collect at La Lucia Mall. Excited that I would have a new pair of glasses since my previous set was broken and unusable (I cannot read or work on my computer without glasses), I decided to call ahead only to be told that my sunglasses were ready. I made a fuss about this only to be informed days later that the lab sent my lenses, but they were "too small for the frame" I called last week and said they would send an email to expedite the order. I called again and spoke with Sayuri who said the same thing. I am fed up with this substandard level of service Louse Anderson.
Mercedes Benz Sucks I have owned at 4 cars from this dealer and the latest E300 Cabriolet. Basically, their Service Department stinks. Not only are they ***********, but they fail to respond to calls or call you back to update you on issues with your car. My car is in for a failed battery since yesterday and only now after speaking to Seelan Pillay (assistant to the dealer principal) did I get an update on my car. Mercedes Benz South Africa is no better as I lodged a complaint this morning with Tersia in customer care and also didn't get any feedback from her. Mercedes Benz South African and DSM motors, you are ruining the brand name, one owner at a time.

Dear Ombadsman, I would like to complaint about the poor service I am getting on my claim 3444932 from Discover Insure. The claim handler Nandi Cele is impossible to get hold of and my car has been with the service provide Ross Champion, in Cornubia, Durban for 2 weeks. The feedback from these people is non very poor and I have to check on their Whatsapp group everyday and progress on the replacement on my car rims is taking forever. My ID number for reference with Discovery is 6403265154088. Policy Number 4003470640
I have never experienced such poor service in all my life. I made a usually very painless claim for my windscreen at 08:00 this morning and 3 hours later. I have not received confirmation from MiGlass as to when they were going to fix my windscreen
Very slow claim review process. I keep getting promised an outcome but nothing is received.
