A month ago I took my vehicle in for a service, I noted it was making an unusual noise when braking and alerted Trideshna Reddy (Service advisor). Mercedes has come up with several possible causes for this noise. I have taken my car in on several occasions for assessments, to-date they have not fixed my car, instead I have received such poor treatment from the gentleman I was dealing with (Mr Reddy).
I am applauded at the lack of customer service from such a well established brand. Its just over a year since Iv bought my vehicle, to be told that "we don't know where the problem is, we don't want to give you false hope" is absolutely unacceptable!! I was told by them to continue using the car in its condition "its safe". How can I continue to put myself and my children's life at risk??
Today when I expressed my disappointment on how the matter is being handled, I was told by Trideshna Reddy to "take it up with Mercedes Benz". I am in utter distress, this entire experience totally contradicts Mercedes Benz customer service and quality policy!
