I placed my order 1 November 2019 - After 4 emails- in May 2020- i get the below reply: **************************************** Hi
We are limited during lockdown as we are not deemed an essential service. Regarding pending orders prior to lockdown – We are not able to process pending orders, refunds or give status updates while we under international restrictions (once lifted orders will be processed as per normal, but no refunds can be granted on already paid for manufactured items in the queue older than 2 days)
Although selected items can be couriered under level 4 it pertains to local only and does not apply to international shipping, we are still being restricted. Only medical essential items are allowed to pass through customs at current as per our agents, with no definite answer as to when shipments can be cleared. Any orders that are from Special catalogue, General Catalogue or Pre-orders catalogues are currently not allowed through international custom unless they are medical items. If it is a clearance stock item, normal 3-5 days will apply
The lockdown and covid19 situation is putting a huge strain on us, like many retailers. We do apologies for the inconvenience
We are not able to commit to dates and times on pending orders at current, but will push to get any orders through once we allowed to resume to international shipping normally
I wont even start to mentioned all the FB Messengers sent by friends as I don’t have FB. – These were ABSOLUTELY ignored- No Reply- only automated and utter lies.
You mail once the payment is done reads: Please note Pre-orders & Specials take 22-30 working days –
10 MONTHS LATER- AND NOTHING! Don’t use COVID as an excuse as (Order was placed 1 November – COVID happened March)
I have on several occasions requested a refund and been completely ignored!
I'm done begging for something that i paid for- you have till tomorrow to get back to me. Your next letter will not be from me but my attorneys. Enough is Enough! This is not a threat its my right as a customer. “ PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THE CONSUMER ACT”
