Rude Recruiter

I have a complaint about Gugu Nkosi who works at Merchants, I don’t know if she is a recruiter or whatever she is. She is rude to almost everyone who is sending their resumes and when called she still has a bad attitude and just plain rude but wants to hire customer service consultants?
