I cannot even begin to express my frustration and disappointment with what this company calls Customer Excellence Representative.
they have no idea what customer excellence mean. If I had such bad customer service, I would not have a business anymore, but off course this company is so big, that it does not matter.
1. It was clear from the beginning of my conversation with Ramathetje that I was struggling to order a dismal R1000 worth of chemicals. 2. I would think that a courtesy call would have been appropriate at this time. 3. I did not come right with the on-line ordering, even after I did the registration on MECOMM. 4. Still no phone call, rather I am being passed on to someone else. One would think that a Customer Excellence Representative would treat a potential new customer better than that. 5. And then for the passed on person to ask me whether I have registered with Sigma??? Seriously, they could not have found that out on your own?? 6. Still no courtesy call.
