Worse experience EVER!!!! If you thinking of taking a big step such as financing a car this dealership is the LAST place you would ever want to find yourself in. The customer service is disgusting the sales manager and even the actual branch manager who is also the principle is so unprofessional as soon as you are done signing the papers and they get their money they could give two hoots about maintaining the customer satisfaction. I personally spoke to the branch manager and he didn't give a rats backside of what issue I had and did absolutely NOTHING to even try and help me. But I guess he gets more than enough money to satiate his lifestyle so ***** the customers. It's really sad and I wish I knew better. The only thing I can do is let's others know STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND STAY AWAY FROM THE CHERRY BRAND. You will regret it trust me I do

Mercurius Polokwane Commercial.They did wrong diagnosis.Wrong parts replacement. They requested to bring another car to compare engine sound .They offered me partial refund, I rejected the refund. I went to the office with friends for clarity to Jan service manager. He promised to send intercooler for testing because they change it whereas it was not faulty. according to me is a **** report because they want to cover themselves.

I delivered my car at polokwane at polokwane on the 17th of April 2025. Till now 30th April 2025 they have not touched my car. They say they now want R8400.00 for a just installation of braking cable and unbinding the wheels. I believe this company is exploiting and abusing its customers.

Mercedez Benz Polokwane (Mercuruis )the worst service we ever had our entire life from finance department. We get a call from a lady called Michell Tjaard that finance is approved. She simply just says "Mam you have been approved; can we proceed?" The question is proceed with what? she doesn't even explain what exactly this approval entails, what rates and so forth, we then told her to give us 5min we willbe on her doorstep so that we can understand discuss what exactly is on the contract, guess what? she vacated her office and came back 50 min later, we had to wait and waste 50 min of our life that will never be recovered regardless of us informing her we are almost there. On her arrival no apology nothing is just business as usual we get to discuss numbers and I left. This is the most arrogant/********* behavior one should never display as it put dealership on a serous reputational damage. On the flip side we had a seamless easy experience from sales department from Peter Bopabe who never disappointed us. He knew what he was doing, his service was exceptional and shows dedication and great people skills. From the point of test driving the car all the way to the last day of collection, all minor issues were corrected with little to no extra effort from us. This level of diligent is something we deeply appreciate and wish it can be spread across all department within the dealership.

I took my car for a service at Mercurious motors Polokwane (Mercedes Benz) and when I collected it, I drove like +-7km away from the dealership and I started hearing a strange sound coming from my front tyres 🛞 and I immediately stopped and check/inspect the car and I noticed that the front tyres were swooped/ changed .. and I contacted them they said there’s nothing they can do about the matter and mind you the service advisor were supposed to tell me if the tyres were fine or not fine on the job cart ,

I was promised by Elias the sales person that i will get my sparekeys, service books and registration papers shortly after a purchased my car, it is 2 weeks now and i still don't have anything. I need to keep on following up just to get, "i am working on it" this is just unacceptable.

Extremely bad service and communication, once they take your money, you are nothing anymore. I was promised by Elias the sales person that i will get my sparekeys, service books and registration papers shortly after a purchased my car, it is 2 weeks now and i still don't have anything. I need to keep on following up just to get, "i am working on it" this is just unacceptable.

I’m disappointed in Mercurius motor Polokwane. I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with this car dealership's service department. My car has been in for repairs for two months, and throughout this entire period, I've received little to no communication about the status of the repairs. Every time I call, I'm told that my service advisor is on leave, and despite promises from different representatives to follow up with updates via email or phone calls, I have yet to receive any information. The lack of communication and accountability is disappointing, making this whole experience extremely frustrating.
