Spec savers a company I've been loyal to for almost 20 years has become TRASH. Specsavers centurion is a damn JOKE!!!! Unprofessional filled with people who have no ethics or brains!But it's fine just put a black woman as a manager and everything is fine. No matter how retarted she is or how difficult it is for her to understand it's fine as long as she is black.it really is a shame but never the less if you go to Specsavers centurion make sure they don't cancel your order for their stupidity make sure that your parents aren't left blind whilst *********** staff run rampart in the store thinking they actually do anything worth while.muslims don't risk your parents unable to read quran because spec savers staff uses 10+ year old contact details to call U! Your eyes are one of the most important things ever don't leave it I'm the hands of people who can't read or write. Go to vision works they have professional staff they know how to treat customers and U won't regret it Specsavers is going down the drain that is why they have constant specials they make the glasses cheap so you don't pay attention to their ****a shop service disgusting they should put a china shop in place of that spec savers it will be more useful
Worse experience EVER!!!! If you thinking of taking a big step such as financing a car this dealership is the LAST place you would ever want to find yourself in. The customer service is disgusting the sales manager and even the actual branch manager who is also the principle is so unprofessional as soon as you are done signing the papers and they get their money they could give two hoots about maintaining the customer satisfaction. I personally spoke to the branch manager and he didn't give a rats backside of what issue I had and did absolutely NOTHING to even try and help me. But I guess he gets more than enough money to satiate his lifestyle so ***** the customers. It's really sad and I wish I knew better. The only thing I can do is let's others know STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND STAY AWAY FROM THE CHERRY BRAND. You will regret it trust me I do
client care consultant SAMU is as rude as you can get even though working at CLIENT CARE I mean come on the job description is literally in the name of the department.if you have an emergency pray to God you dont get this consultant it will just add unnecessary and completely avoidable stress to your already stressful day with having to register a claim. Kind price might offer you a "royal service" but it won't be a pleasant one but rather a royal pain in the rear. Definitely looking at changing my FSP because king price is a king of hidden charges and trash client service but don't take my word for it go ahead throw your money away and when you need help try them and see just how much U have to suffer to get any services lol
This store is STILL the same. If you want to see a store that depicts apartheid Come to the gezina AC DC branch The black women work on cleaning shelves and the white people are on the tills But neither black nor white are on the store floor actually assisting customers their customer service is terrible and not helpful at all it's not the first time I am reporting this store. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE IF YOU NOT WHITE DON'T COME HERE and ps the manager is *********** so he is no help and the black lady at the front till has a rotten attitude listen lady I never force you to come work for a white ****** company that's on you so tone down your **** attitude. Leave your insurance needs to a company that ACTUALLY knows how to tend to your needs. Paying monthly premiums for trash customer service and a wait time of half an hour to speak to ANYONE is annoying especially after that long wait you finally get answered by a rude unhappy staff member which just makes the entire experience unpleasant and truly horrifying. Than you should worry because paying thousands of Rands on a monthly basis just for that? Disgusting. BEWARE of blindly going to a company for something as important as insurance because you will just be caught with your pants down when you truly need a trusted insurance partner because one thing I can guarantee you of is that SANTAM IS DEFINITELY NOT THE PARTNER YOU NEED in this economic climate.
Debonairs laudium pizza is like eating burnt cardboard.the triple decker is more dry than the safari and the amount of toppings they put on a large pizza is almos the same as the amount they put on a small pizza. I'm sure the owner is trying to cut down on cost so they decide to cheap out on filling even though YOU PAYING FOR IT!!!!The staff is unfriendly and honestly for the price they charge I think I would rather just go to akhals for their pizzas yes it's expensive but the filling is 10 times better than Debonairs and for the same price. Laudium debonairs please close your cheap money loving trash non existent customer service place up so something decent can open up in that space...like a post office or a homeless shelter...would be better than your "restaurant"
Shopping at kit kat is one of the most difficult and unpleasant experiences EVER!!!! there is ZERO staff on the floor and the little staff that is on the floor is the most rude unhelpful people I have ever encountered.for the cash and carry to be so big and there is zero pricing as in like you have to guess how much the items costs because the kit kat group is too stingy to employ people to actually put prices on the shelves so we know how much it actually costs. It's just such a unnecessary mission to spend money at this place like jeez
THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! It takes 4 women to clean the floor at the same time. So yes the floors MUST BE CLEAN WHILST ONE JUST STANDS around looking like you escaped from a mental asylum. Unfriendly women that looks at you as if you are imposing on them not realising that just like everyone else they need to work but no NOT AT RAGE QUAGGA MALL!
This company for weeks has kept me waiting for responses that never gets answered on any of their platforms FB personal emails contact numbers NOTHING. People realize that in this day and age internet connection is super important and to try and depend on this pathetic service provider is poking a hornets nest as long as petricia lines his pockets he doesn't care how **** service his company offers. And even with promises to resolve issues you will wait months on end without a single person contacting you because nobody gives a ****. BEWARE OF RAIN ISP you will really suffer for your wrongly entrusted faith
DISGUSTING!!!!!! Rude people in customer care that's IF and only IF they actually answer the calls with their ONE contact number. Make sure you have plenty plenty of airtime because it's going to be a very costly phonecall! The inbound call agents are extremely rude they feel they can speak to you as if you are working for them as if you gogo Athena at home cleaning their house! This business is the furthest thing from professional and has zero sense of any ethical behaviour it's a miracle as to why rain uses them as a courier company. ZOEY a inbound call agent was so rude and unpleasant you guys should train staff on how to answer calls and if they have personal issues they should leave that at home and not bring it to work to burden customers with that. The delivery of my parcel was supposed to be in the morning and yet 3 hours later there's still nothing. Think very very carefully before using this sham that calls itself a business do yourself a favour if you a business person or a pvt person use another company to courier your goods your business associates and clients will thank you for it TRUST ME.
