Meridian Property Holding( Pty) Ltd going by the agent name Mark Orlando advertisings are all ***** to be made aware they advertise affordable rentals in various areas going the Contact number on +27 69 335 8667 Website: www.meridianpropertyholding.co.z based in Capricorn supposedly, I nearly got ****med by this guy Mark requesting a deposit to be made before viewings, they are wanting you to place a deposit in order for you to be a successful applicant if you don't make deposit they move to the next application, To please be aware and vigilant of this people there advertising and everything all looks legit but they have ****med several people thus far and the real owners of the estates are hunting them down. BEWARE! SCAMMERS! FRAUDULENT!!
SCAM ALERT!!! BEWARE these scammers. They have a website which seems legit: https://meridianpropertyholding.co.za/contact-us/. But on closer inspection, the email address there is not the one they email with, which is meridianpropertyholding@gmail.com. Any company that wants you to pay before you view or sign the lease is a scam actually. Don't fall for this trap. I received emails from a person who calls them Mark Orlando whos supposedly the Agent Administrator. Phone number is 0693358667 and it's all a scam because I put the number on true caller and it didn't show any results. So I was immediately on guard and didn't pay any deposit.
