Great service
The perfumes arrived on time, and I love them. What impressed me more was the communication between placing the order and delivery. Even when some of the perfumes that I wanted got damaged in transit, they communicated with me and asked me specifically which ones I wanted as replacements. So 5 stars to you!

BEWARE! SCAMMERS! FRAUDULENT!!
SCAM ALERT!!! BEWARE these scammers. They have a website which seems legit: https://meridianpropertyholding.co.za/contact-us/. But on closer inspection, the email address there is not the one they email with, which is meridianpropertyholding@gmail.com. Any company that wants you to pay before you view or sign the lease is a scam actually. Don't fall for this trap. I received emails from a person who calls them Mark Orlando whos supposedly the Agent Administrator. Phone number is 0693358667 and it's all a scam because I put the number on true caller and it didn't show any results. So I was immediately on guard and didn't pay any deposit.

Disappointed, dissatisfied and about to move to another insurance.
I'm honestly a bit disappointed in the service I've received, mainly because I chose PMD because of the reviews here on hello peter. Either way, I filed a claim using the app (which deserves its own 1 star rating and scathing review itself, but that's a story for another day). Ok so I filed my claim on the 7th of April, on the 21st of April they finally got back to me and said I should go to Farber Coachworks in Lansdowne to get the quotation. No issues there, service was nice and they (Farber coachworks) said they'd email PMD the quotation since they work with them and they'd copy me in on the email. Today, May 5, there's been no communication from Farber Coachworks or PMD. I communicated to PMD that I haven't received any quotation from their pals (Farber coachworks) and when I call their pals, the phone is not picked up. Cool, now I have to drive to Lansdowne again to enquire what's up because I guess they're not about to send the quotation without me complaining. The consultants I spoke to at PMD were very polite though I won't lie, their names are Pearl and Gugulethu. However, politeness is meaningless if I don't get the service I pay for. Hopefully this will move PMD to actually do something with my claim and for the love of Jesus, please please please build that app of yours from scratch. It really is not user friendly. I can't view the status of my claim and it really doesn't make me feel assured that should I need help from you guys at night on the road, I'll get it. Thank you.

Pleased customer
So initially I rated Bottleshop one star, but after my order arrived, the lady I spoke to on the phone (her name is Lizaan) called me to check if my order had arrived. I told her yeah and expressed my frustration with its late arrival. She then explained to me that the company Bottleshop is on business rescue and under new management and they sort of inherited the mess of the previous management. Anyways I'm happy with her follow-up and understand the "mess they're cleaning up" as they're dealing with complaints that aren't their fault. Thanks Lizaan.

Undelivered order and lies
I placed an order on the 16th of January. I've called twice already and each day they said my order is scheduled for delivery. Funny enough today, my number is blocked. And when I use a different number, it says "this call can't be placed". At this stage I've realised that this is a scam and I'm not even counting on getting my money back. I just wish i could have checked Hello Peter before I purchased online from these scammers.
