Caution! 120 days later promised refund of R1060 .00 not done

It is now 120 Days since Merkado took my money for a small gate. R1060.00 was the beginning of a fine promise. However after waiting for 6 weeks no delivery was made, and on inquiry I learned that Merkado had a problem dispatching the item. After another couple of weeks of patience, again on inquiry only, I was told that the problem is still there. Offering to refund me in full. I declined as I did want the gate, and waited again. Again no contact or delivery for several weeks, so I contact them again and tell them (email) that I do want my money back please. They ask me for a Bank Account number, which is always suspicious, as they should revers my Paypal Payment, so I supply this (email), but again there is no response and now I sit with a loss of interest of +- R 40.00 on top of it. These People really do not care. My correspondence has been with both ********** and ********** and the telephone line is 'experiencing technical problems" Incredible Thomas
