Worst estate agent in SA
Worst estate agent ever. I have a problem were e-mails have aparantly not been received. My deposit withheld to pay the last water account ater I explained this is bridge of contract, merwe attorneys contact me aologised and payed the deposit back. This company is also not registered. I am busy with my attorney to resolve this matter.

Worst estate agent in SA
Worst estate agent ever. I have a problem were e-mails have aparantly not been received. I am busy with my attorney to resolve this matter.

worst estate agency ever delt with
It has now been four months that I have been renting with this agency and in these four months I have been threatened, victimised and intimidated. My privacy has been invaded on several occasions. She just walks into my house without being given permission. It has been reported to me that she walks around the house looking into the windows when no-one is home. One month after the contract was signed it came to my attention that her yearly registration fees with the Estate Agency Affairs Board was not paid when she handled the contract on behalf of the owner of the property. When confronted about this she was very aggressive and threatening. Defects on the house was not reported to the owner as I requested and I had to report it myself. When addressing an issue she always has the excuse that she did not get the complaints or problems. Emails have been sent to her that she 'did not get'. It is the worst service that I have ever had and I will be making sure that this issue does not go unattended.
