We have a Cway account and every month we make payment. The day payment is made the fibre is off. We do not get reply from Emails. We do not receive call back. Marius Lubbe is preaching of Jesus and him and his employees are arrogant and rude. And when you phone they cant hear you. Every month they blame vodacom fibre which is a blatant lie as my neighbour is on vodacom fibre and he has wifi. Is this how they ***** 1 or 2 weeks subscription from customers.
My ex spouse had my pension paid out to her and Sanlam added the irp5 on my sars. Now I have to pqy sars and pay penalty for rectifying Sanlams mistakes. When I phone there is only a voice thqt says there is high call volumes and when I e-mail, I only received a mail that says we will contact you. This is the worse experience I ever had with any company. It is also not my first bad feedback report!!!
Worst estate agent ever. I have a problem were e-mails have aparantly not been received. My deposit withheld to pay the last water account ater I explained this is bridge of contract, merwe attorneys contact me aologised and payed the deposit back. This company is also not registered. I am busy with my attorney to resolve this matter.
I had a pension fund. After my divorce my ex spouse claimed the money and Sanlam paid her. I resigned and asked the new money that I paid after the divorce be paid to my new company fund. Sanlam paid out to my ex spouse a second time and I get no joy from them assisting me innthe matter at all
