They do not provide what they say and always have excuses . If you don't pay because the internet is not working and they give empty promises then you need to pay 300 to put is back on at their office which is more closed than not because apparently they are tending to clients . Pathetic… so who is braking contract them not providing what I pay for or me not paying for no service ?

We have a Cway account and every month we make payment. The day payment is made the fibre is off. We do not get reply from Emails. We do not receive call back. Marius Lubbe is preaching of Jesus and him and his employees are arrogant and rude. And when you phone they cant hear you. Every month they blame vodacom fibre which is a blatant lie as my neighbour is on vodacom fibre and he has wifi. Is this how they ***** 1 or 2 weeks subscription from customers.

I've been with cway(Standerton) for a while , and succumbed to their poor internet connection and poor service.the front desk lady is extremely rude too. I decided to cancel my contract with them in Jan *within their 1month notice policy*, they begged me to give them time so they're could try fixing their connection, they still failed and I still persisted on canceling. I sent a follow up message end of Feb to remind them of my cancellation, only then did they' send me a cancellation form saying I need to fill in the form and I can only cancel end of March , in that email the front desk lady threatened to have me blacklisted and send their attorneys. They have lost so many customers because of their services and now they Use financial and legal tactics to manipulate customers

Worst company ever! No service at all! Mail after mail with no reply. Moved homes 8 weeks ago, they said they can move service to new home. But it was all a lie. Still no service, guess what... they continue taking my money monthly! I can't get service canceled and can't get new service provider because Cway won't get back to me or cancel my service with them 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 my children need internet for their classes. Now we ate stuck!! My year started bitter, all thanks to Cway connectivity!

Amazing technical assistance from Zayn. Wifi stopped working for an unknown reason and he helped get it back up very efficiently. Very friendly and knowledgeable support staff at Cway. Was not expecting to get my wifi back up and running so quickly over the phone, keep it up👍 WiFi speed is also quite good but the payment system is slightly confusing with the customer portal app, I feel like there are better ways to process and view payments.
