Foreign object in food

Good Day I've previously sent this complaint to Mikhail@Messaris.co.za, but he is not responding. I'm writing an complaint about a foreigh object that was found in your Messaris bubbles that I purchase the 24/12/2024 at Delft Mall in CPT

I bought the chips for Christmas and took it with to church for the little one to eat, lucky I also ate of it and bit on the metal nail/*****.

It injured my check (painful, open scratch) and I am having toothache sensitivity due to biting on the *****.

Not only was it a Hazzard to my child(baby) but to all that ate of the chips and it injured me.

Hope this complaint get resolved as soon as possible.
