Good Day I've previously sent this complaint to Mikhail@Messaris.co.za, but he is not responding. I'm writing an complaint about a foreigh object that was found in your Messaris bubbles that I purchase the 24/12/2024 at Delft Mall in CPT I bought the chips for Christmas and took it with to church for the little one to eat, lucky I also ate of it and bit on the metal nail/*****. It injured my check (painful, open scratch) and I am having toothache sensitivity due to biting on the *****. Not only was it a Hazzard to my child(baby) but to all that ate of the chips and it injured me. Hope this complaint get resolved as soon as possible. Bonita Adams
So I had a policy with them for 10 years, and never claimed also never recieved cash back bonus and felt it's a one way relationship. I then canceled my policy on 19/10/2023. On the 15th November they continued deducting, when I contacted them I was told the money will only reflect in there account in 1st week of December 2023. I mailed them all my documents for the refund, recieved a' email to say my refund has been finasised but till date never recieved my refund. I called them numerous times, the last time 21 December I then called and spoke to a guy called Pedro who assured me my money will be paid out on that day, still nothing. How many times do I need to call after this company to get money that belongs to me
So I bought roof sheets at Build it Eersteriver, Cape Town I bought it on the 22/10/21 to the value of >R3000, We had an agreement that the sheets would be delivered 26/10/21, to date my sheets has not been delivered, Iam requesting a cancelation on my order and want my money back as my old roof was removed on that day and I had to make other areagments to get it closed as they could not deliver on the arranged date. I called them on Friday 28/10/21 requesting my money back but they refusing as the sheets had to be cut. I payed for the sheets but they ARE IN BREECH of our agreement and refuse to give my money back. I made an payment via EFT in January 2021, and accidently used the wrong reference number. I have emailed all my suporting documents to them to process payment into my acount in February 2021. 2 months down the line they still have not fixed my problem, and are not assisting me telephonically properly. The operator told me today there is nothing she can do. And thats it, "just nothing o can do" When i call them they purposefully keep my hanging online. accor**** to them "they transfering me to a shift leader" . For hours i have to listern to music. Today i called from my cellphone and literally a hour later i had to hang up. My calls to them is more than the money they have to allocate to my account. Ever since WHO EVER took over Jet they pathetic with there customer care.
Telkom is so use to complaints that they don't even respond to their complaints or they just don't even care. A sales lady called me from telkom, early May 2019 wrt a wifi router uncapped deal, it sounded so good I agreed on the deal. She also told me there is a cost free cancelation policy if you cancel within 7 days. I receive the router in June and decided to cancel the contract as I had 7days to do so. The router was piked up again by the courier but telkom is not stopping my contract with them. What's the use they have a 7 day return policy but they can't stop the deal. I don't have the router anymore and they are taking my money from my account every month, this without my permission. I'm truly frustrated as people warned me of telkom but I never listened and thought I could give them benifit of the doubt.

<p>Im so super ****ed im siting with an account now that my medical never paid due to Garderner physiotherapy negligence!! I am the main member of my medical aid. And was admited with pneumonia just before i had a ceasar, being 38weeks pregnant, then had a ceasar and was admited in ICU. According to my Med Aid they not going to cover this bill as i needed pre autherisation!! Now how on earth could they Gardener Physiotherapy render a service and not know the schemes rules!! Im not the only person that is a member of Gems and all schemes have rules!! How was i surpose to know i had to call for authorisation for physio if nobody told me!! There physiothe******s was such a nuisance in the morning, every morning they were at my bedside ready to make money, and every morning i asked do i have funds available for you they said yes there clerk/ account lady checks regulary!!! What a big lie!, i have tried calling the kuilsriver netcare brach but Dam that accounts lady of them just doesnt care, so i will not advise anyone to trust them as while you in hospital they render thier service not following correct protocol and procedures and when you discharged you will sit with bills of thousands of rands, that they demanding They just out to make money!!</p>
Can you believe, I'm currently Admited in hospital then I realise my Cellphone says "you are not connected to a network", I call Vodacom at 21:06 24/8/17 from another patients cell and I speak to a lady called Precious!! This women tells me a sim swap was performed via the call centre, on My contract sim card!!! I was so upset stared bring little rough then this cheek tells me it's my own negligence that someone has my details!! Can you believe her?, so yes I ask her details she refuses! I ask her a ref number she says there isn't!! So What on earth do I do now, she can't tell me who done the sim swap, just it was done via the call centre and it's My FAULT!! SO I'M STRANDED IN HOSPITAL WITHOUT A GREAKIN FONE!!!
<p>I had an insurance claim that just went wrong there! I done the claim on 14/4/17 I took the fone back on 15/4/17 as ot was faulty, today 15/5/17 im still without a fone! I have beeen in contact with all ther staff including thier CEO in Jhb and all that comes from their mouth is lies, so if you want to be without a fone for a month trust Vodacom 4 u, Cape Gate</p>
<p>done my insurance claim at Cape Gate 13/4/17 of which the brand new fone i recieved was faulty when i got at home, i then realised the data does not connect.</p> <p>The next day was a public holiday so i returned the fone the saterday 15/4/17. The fone checked instore and could not be fixed and was told that my brand new fone must be sent away before it can be replaced.</p> <p>After trying to contact Rishka, the lady instore who numerous times she could not be specific by telling me what the plans was with my fone. Eventually friday 21/1/17 she told me my fone was sent to Jhb for an assesment but will keep me updated.</p> <p> </p> <p>On 28/4/17 she informed me my fone will be sent back to the store as the technicians could not find fault with the fone, after it was rechecked in store even by the Samsung guy.</p> <p> Rishka then gave me there head office number. </p> <p>Another dead end as the lady that is over the Cape town stores Monica never answered or returned my calls after calling and leaving numerious messages for her on (011) ********** .</p> <p> </p> <p>Eventually i got hold of Monica on monday 2/5/17. who promised me she is flying from Jhb to Cpt the next day the 3/5/17 and she was going to sort out my problem immediatly when she arrives in Cpt. </p> <p>To put the chery on the cake i tried calling her friday 5/5/17 at +- 15:00 she rejected my calls and even switched her fone off. So yes i still dont have a fone almost after a month., so i will not advice anyone to do upgrades at the 4u braches as they give you faulty fones that come out of so called sealed boxes then its your problem at the end of the day, and you will be without a fone for i really dont know how long.</p> <p>Bonita Adams</p> <p>Totally ****ed</p>
