Scam company??

Guys please avoid spending money with this company Mess It Up Kids. I honestly think they are a scam but I’m not sure because they have so many followers. I was promised my daughters mud kitchen would take 2 weeks, we are now going on almost 7 weeks. They have not once contacted me to update me. I have basically harassed them about my order. They have a new excuse every week: load shedding/moving premises/ courier delays due to rain/ parcel not actually sent/ the list goes on. I have called numerous times and they basically don’t answer. He has answered probably 4 of 50 calls. He doesn’t read or respond to me WhatsApp messages. PLEASE AVOID THEM even if they not a scam, so frustrating and worst of all my poor kiddos don’t have their kitchen they have been eagerly awaiting 🫣🥹I have shared the conversations over WhatsApp - take note of the date stamps. So ridiculous.
