Keep shopping elsewhere - Save yourself the headaches and lies.
What a terrible experience dealing with this company, and its' owner. I placed an order for a sensory table, with some containers and a few extras to fill those containers. The delivery time was decent, within 2 weeks, however, this is where all the problems started. When we opened the box, we found some of the extras we ordered were missing from the order. We contacted them via whatsapp and was immediately promised that it would be rectified by the next day. However, we later found this to be a blatant lie. We kept following up and kept receiving lies, at one point, the owner even asked "do you even want this anymore?" Which I found absolutely shocking! The owner blamed some lady who worked for him who apparently messed up the orders and he fired her and he guaranted me that he is now personally delaying with the matter and I would receive my mssing items within a day or two. A few day later, still waiting for the missing items, we were setting up the table, we then found that the main plastic bucket did not come with the sealable lid shown on all the pictures. We contacted the owner again and again was given a whole lot of excuses about the same lady who did this and then, to our surprise, found that the initial missing items were still with him, even though we were promised it was shipped already, and was then promised they will now ship everything together. A few days later we eventually did recieve everything. But all the trouble to go through to get the things you paid for is just not worth the hassle. The owner is unfriendly and not worth dealing with. As for the quality of the products... the whool table is good. The containers are containers. But the rest? Stay away from the slime, it is disgusting!!

Terrible Quality (mud kitchen hasn't even lasted a year)
During the ordering process they were very communicative and answered all of my questions but once I had paid I struggled to hear back from them. They were very late to deliver my mud kitchen so it wasn't here for my child's birthday. They delivered the kitchen with incorrect specs (left off add ons which I had paid for but seen it was so late to be delivered I couldn't be bothered to get them to fix it). But the main thing is that the mud kitchen top is made from plywood and the whole product is not water proof. I was assured it was for full outdoor use. Even with a cover on, it hasn't even lasted a year. The door magnet has broken off, the wood, which is just glued together is coming apart and the paint is peeling.

Great service and product
I recently ordered a mud kitchen for my son. I had a few questions. The team answered my questions and kept me updated regarding the delivery of my son’s kitchen. Not only am I impressed with the service I received, I am also impressed with the kitchen. They added minor details to the kitchen, like magnetic doors.

Great service and product
I recently ordered a mud kitchen for my son. I had a few questions. The team answered my questions and kept me updated regarding the delivery of my son’s kitchen. Unhappy customer not a reliable company ! BEWARE!
Terrible experience! Please be very careful when ordering from this company. It has been 4 months since I placed my order and only part of it was delivered. First promises where made that the balance of the order would be delivered and most recently I was told that I would be refunded yet I am still waiting for this to happen. Please do not fall for this companies false promises and do not pay for orders before delivery.

Mess it up kids
Received my order within 2 weeks. Good size sensory table and quality fillers I was worried about my order because I had purchased before reading these reviews but everything went smoothly Their communication could use some work but I'm happy with my purchase

Received my order within 2 weeks. Good size sensory table and quality fillers I was worried about my order because I had purchased before reading these reviews but everything went smoothly Their communication could use some work but I'm happy with my purchase

Scam company??
Guys please avoid spending money with this company Mess It Up Kids. I honestly think they are a scam but I’m not sure because they have so many followers. I was promised my daughters mud kitchen would take 2 weeks, we are now going on almost 7 weeks. They have not once contacted me to update me. I have basically harassed them about my order. They have a new excuse every week: load shedding/moving premises/ courier delays due to rain/ parcel not actually sent/ the list goes on. I have called numerous times and they basically don’t answer. He has answered probably 4 of 50 calls. He doesn’t read or respond to me WhatsApp messages. PLEASE AVOID THEM even if they not a scam, so frustrating and worst of all my poor kiddos don’t have their kitchen they have been eagerly awaiting 🫣🥹I have shared the conversations over WhatsApp - take note of the date stamps. So ridiculous.

Unfortunately local isn’t lekker. Bad communication. Almost 5 weeks without purchased goods. Repeatedly missing agreed couriered dates. Seems like a scam and if it isn’t very little concern to deliver purchased goods on advertised time frames or timeframes they have established themselves.
