Unfortunately local isn’t lekker. Bad communication. Almost 5 weeks without purchased goods. Repeatedly missing agreed couriered dates. Seems like a scam and if it isn’t very little concern to deliver purchased goods on advertised time frames or timeframes they have established themselves.
I experienced fraud on my debit card. Reported it to An FNB service agent on the 2nd of November and I have received no feedback. I called the fraud line three times (0875774444). The first time I waited for an hour and no one picked up, the second time 45 minutes and the third time 15 minutes before the line just went dead. I then called FNB and was told no one can assist me. I must keep calling. This whole situation is really frustrating. Perhaps more staff is needed for the debit card fraud department. To wait an hour and still not have a phone call answered is not at all the efficient service I have come to appreciate from FNB.
<p> After years of being loyal to vodacom, I am completely disapointed with the treatment I am receiving. I updated my iphone 6, like I have always done for the last year, only to find my software has stopped working. I no longer have an active GPS and my wifi won't connect. This has happened to many people, google it. </p> <p> </p> <p>This was not my fault, yet I am being told that I need to pay around R5000 to fix it. </p> <p>Had I dropped it or wet it, I would take full responsibility. But why should I be charged for faulty software?</p> <p> </p>
