What a terrible experience dealing with this company, and its' owner. I placed an order for a sensory table, with some containers and a few extras to fill those containers. The delivery time was decent, within 2 weeks, however, this is where all the problems started. When we opened the box, we found some of the extras we ordered were missing from the order. We contacted them via whatsapp and was immediately promised that it would be rectified by the next day. However, we later found this to be a blatant lie. We kept following up and kept receiving lies, at one point, the owner even asked "do you even want this anymore?" Which I found absolutely shocking! The owner blamed some lady who worked for him who apparently messed up the orders and he fired her and he guaranted me that he is now personally delaying with the matter and I would receive my mssing items within a day or two. A few day later, still waiting for the missing items, we were setting up the table, we then found that the main plastic bucket did not come with the sealable lid shown on all the pictures. We contacted the owner again and again was given a whole lot of excuses about the same lady who did this and then, to our surprise, found that the initial missing items were still with him, even though we were promised it was shipped already, and was then promised they will now ship everything together. A few days later we eventually did recieve everything. But all the trouble to go through to get the things you paid for is just not worth the hassle. The owner is unfriendly and not worth dealing with. As for the quality of the products... the whool table is good. The containers are containers. But the rest? Stay away from the slime, it is disgusting!!
My tracker key-tag became faulty a few months ago. Now the tracker keeps giving driver alerts. Tracker themselves then sent me a new key-tag as they admitted the one they gave me is faulty. However, the "new" one is doing the same thing. I keep getting driver alerts and Tracker does not even call to check if we are fine or if we have been hi-jacked or our vehicle ******. I have logged countless queries about this on the app, and sent countless emails, but they are too stubborn or thick to fix the problem! I am paying a damn big amount for this service which is absolutely pathetic. I do not understand how insurance companies can force this poor excuse of a company on drivers - this should be *******!! Tracker is trying to make their problem mine instead of fixing the issue and replacing the faulty tracker devices they installed in my vehicle. Stay away from Tracker!

I have placed a few orders with Pitta-Patta already, and every single time I have been so pleasantly surprised by the amazing service I receive from Pitta-Patta. The shoes are outstanding quality and my son loves his Pitta-Patta shoes so much, he doesn't want to take it off. I purchased a brand new Nuvita Air Purifier from your Klerksdorp store on 16 September 2018. After using it for only 2 weeks it started making a sound as if the fan blades are hitting the inside of the machine. This made the machine unbearable, considering this machine is designed to be used while sleeping. Today, 27 October 2018 I managed to get to your Pietermaritzburg branch, as this is the closest to my home town, to return the product as I cannot use it. Upon arrival we were told the manager will inspect the product first before they accept it as a return. A few minutes later the "manager" of the store, Trevor, came and told us they don't refund or replace damaged or broken products as store policy. They have to return it to the manufacturer to evaluate the product and the manufacturer will decide if we get a new item or not. The fact here is that I bought the product from Baby City and not from the manufacturer! The fact is the product started malfunctioning within 2 weeks of purchase! I do not want a new Nuvita product as I have lost faith in that brand. I do not want store credit because the way your "manager" treated us in store was pathetic. I want a full refund. As a big name brand, Baby City, you really should consider the brand's you keep and the type of people you employ (or at least give proper training to your staff)
