Took my car in for scratch repairs Monday am Took an Uber to collect Wednesday pm On inspection found deep scratch damage on left front Representative first claimed car was dirty on entry and damage must have been there. Then examined video footage of the area taken on booking in. The rep then claimed the video footage showed the damage. When I inspected the footage, there was no damage. Clearly damaged in the workshop. They then agreed to repair by Friday. Two lessons: Dishonesty: and Double check your repair before paying
