Think carefully before buying from Metal Detectors SA

We app**** for finance via Digirent to purchace a metal detector that was on sale, herein lies the catch they do not have stock on what they are running the sale on.

Their financing department approved us on the 4th and there were just execuses to this day as to why I did not receive my metal detector. We then contacted them to find out what is going on and they said that stock was inbound in 2 weeks.

2 Weeks past and I get another execuse as to why it is not here, apprarently there was some big thing at customs, to this day I am still searching for the news article on mybroadband to explain what the hold up is. (Still have not found it).

Anyway we decided to cancel the order but the financing department convinced us to give it another shot, here we are today at the end of January 2025 and no metal detector and we just canceld the financing and purchace.

I would not recommend anyone do business with either these companies as they lack the understanding and professionalism that is expected of a business. There is absolutly no communication from either party.
