Very bad business practices. Even if you send proof of payment and never been in arrears they want to cut your electricity.
They are also very eager to send out threatening "notices".
Additionally they are sloppy with support or queries.
The very unresponsive person I worked with there is named Karin
If you are in Centurion try to avoid these guys at all costs. Trustees of complexes please use another professional company. I will probably be canceling my lease just to be rid of them.
