Very shady company. They list properties that apparently they cant arrange access for... (Then take it off). The agent I dealt with was also rude and dismissive. Additionally when I looked at the listing online again it was listed as under offer How if they couldn't organise access and why was I not contacted? Just overall not professional and just shady. If this is how they operate at face value imagine all the other shady things they do. Save yourself the hassle don't list with them and don't bother dealing with them

Additionally they are sloppy with support or queries. The very unresponsive person I worked with there is named Karin If you are in Centurion try to avoid these guys at all costs. Trustees of complexes please use another professional company. I will probably be canceling my lease just to be rid of them.

I purchased a Samsung Vodacom Contract that promised a Flight Center voucher of R5000.00 and that was supposed to be SMS'd to me. I never received the SMS. After Two month I went back to the store and they informed me its not their problem and called a Samsung guy. The Samsung Guy said its not his problem and so emailed some promotion guy. Some promotion guy phoned me and told me its not his problem but the store's/my problem and said he would send me an email stating that. The promo guy who phoned me did not send the email, and didn't phone me to do a follow up if I received the email and didn't really seem interested in helping me. (Poor service, I am the one inconvenienced here) Basically he explained that I ("my fault") should have collected the voucher before the 6th of February (this was not communicated to me by anyone and the SMS was suppose to have been sent not "collected") even though the voucher is valid for a year. He then continued to say that it's the store's (where I purchased the contract) responsibility to make sure I got the voucher number. So basically I am getting the run around from everyone since the store told me it's not their problem and he says its not his. I will opened this complaint against Vodacom, Samsung, Flight Center and Incentiv. Poor service and coordination among these partners. (Centurion Mall Vodacom Shop))
