Arina- Unhelpful and rude
Arina du Randt - completely unhelpful and rude. Couldn’t be bothered to actually help but rather replies with one word answers. Doesn’t seem like she wants business….

Abigail far properties
It is obviously sad that the agents manipulate the sellers by refusing to take in new buyers, Abigail and mageret avoid all calls on properties. I feel sad for sellers whk want to sell and use these people who avoid selling. Run!!!!

Verkoop van eiendom teen verlies
Eiendoms agent, hou mens vir gek, kopers teken al van 18 Novemberaf OTP, elke week vra kopers glo nuwe draft, prys is al met meer as R45 000 af, en nog steeds word ek vir gek gehou. Chris Bredenkamp is die agent, wat elke week ander storie het, dink hy is ek klip dom? Elke week is daar glo nuwe DRAFT, MET GOEDKOPER PRYS!! Beveel hulle glad nie aan nie!!!

Shady property company - Rulene
Very shady company. They list properties that apparently they cant arrange access for... (Then take it off). The agent I dealt with was also rude and dismissive. Additionally when I looked at the listing online again it was listed as under offer How if they couldn't organise access and why was I not contacted? Just overall not professional and just shady. If this is how they operate at face value imagine all the other shady things they do. Save yourself the hassle don't list with them and don't bother dealing with them

Unprofessional and unethical behaviour by estate agent - Rulene Fourie
I found a house for rent on the property24 website. Rent was advertised as R10000 per month. I contacted the agent Rulene Fourie working at FAR Properties to arrange a viewing. Upon viewing I immediately liked house, confirmed the rent R10000 and fee R800, requested and submitted my application. Two days later Rulene confirmed that my application had been accepted along with a few others and that she will recommend my application. A few days later I followed up with Rulene, who was unavailable and submitted a call back request at their offices. My call was never returned. A few days later I noticed that the rent on the property24 had mysteriously gone up to R10800. I contacted Rulene again no answer and left a message asking if the owner had decided on an application and she messaged me back that she had been in a meeting and that owner had accepted another application the day before.

Unprofessional behaviour by estate agent - Esme Richter
<p>My husband and I are on house hunting and we liked a house at Watekloof Boulevard. We visited the house a second time as we decided on this house with another estate agent however Esme Richter had the keys to the house. When I introduced myself she was extremely rude and unprofessional and told the other estate agent that I am a estate agent wanting to steal her houses!! How absurd. I contacted mr Joggie Steenberg, the owner of FAR Properties and discussed this with him on 24 April 2017. He said he will address it and wil come back to me. To date he also did not contact me to provide feedback. We wanted to rent that specifice house with an option to buy. I will never refer FAR Properties to anybody that want to buy property.</p> <p>Helen Robb Nel</p>
