It is obviously sad that the agents manipulate the sellers by refusing to take in new buyers, Abigail and mageret avoid all calls on properties. I feel sad for sellers whk want to sell and use these people who avoid selling. Run!!!!
Good day, <br> <br> I recently migrated to a red advantaged R999, where my contract originally was a smart flex R 550. when the consultant called me we went through the entire contract and especially what it would all cost! i made it very clear i wanted to know the total cost per month for my accounts (3 numbers) which she said was R1412.50, now i have been billed an extra R350 monthly where the north gate department says is for my cell phone. the call center agent lied to me and i have it RECORDED!!!!!! I specifically askED for my accounts total cost where she then left this cost off!!! ALSO TO FIND OUT IF IT WAS DONE IN STORE I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN A PHONE AT NO EXTRA COST!!! SORT THIS OUT <br> <br> i want this resolved immediately!!!! <br> <br> <br> also i pay my account every month the amount that vodacom asks for. how is my account in arrears? i spent 2 hours in the department today with a consultant going through my account and even then we could not determine it!!! Vodacom are you stealing from your customers??? <br> <br> The call center staff also have repeatedly refused to send me my itemized billing, this happened with the consultant today too!!! Vodacom are you stealing? <br> <br> i expect those costs resolved!
