Extremely Unprofessional and Poor Workmanship

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They did a terrible job on my car, improperly fitting a window that allowed rain to leak inside. When I pointed out the issue, instead of taking responsibility, they became defensive and unprofessional, accusing me of being rude. To make matters worse, they outright refused to fix their mistake, claiming that I was not their direct client and that they would only deal with my panel beater. This level of unaccountability and lack of customer service is unacceptable. The workmanship was substandard, and their attitude was unprofessional. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for quality work and proper customer care.
