A Disastrous and Stressful Experience with King Price Insurance
Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this company. My vehicle was with the repairer from October 2024 until now, February 2025—over three months—and I only received it back this week. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into an unnecessarily drawn-out and stressful ordeal, filled with constant excuses and avoidable mistakes, including ordering incorrect parts and losing my lock nut...etc. Despite my repeated complaints, the company has failed to respond to my emails or take accountability for their poor service. Instead, they left me to deal with the panel beater, who continuously got things wrong and delivered substandard workmanship. Their lack of professionalism and customer care is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, they refused to write off my vehicle despite the extensive damage and ongoing issues, leaving me questioning whether my car is even safe to drive. This company does not value its customers, does not take responsibility for its failures, and provides shockingly poor service. I strongly advise against using them if you want a smooth, professional, and stress-free experience.

Extremely Unprofessional and Poor Workmanship
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They did a terrible job on my car, improperly fitting a window that allowed rain to leak inside. When I pointed out the issue, instead of taking responsibility, they became defensive and unprofessional, accusing me of being rude. To make matters worse, they outright refused to fix their mistake, claiming that I was not their direct client and that they would only deal with my panel beater. This level of unaccountability and lack of customer service is unacceptable. The workmanship was substandard, and their attitude was unprofessional. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for quality work and proper customer care.

The guy who just helped me to add 2 phones, one laptop and an Ipad to my policy was amazing
The guy who just helped me to add 2 phones, one laptop and an Ipad to my policy was amazing. Unfortunately I forgot his name, i think it is because I busy cooking while talking to him, but again that says how simple the process was. The guys was brilliant and really easy to talk to and yeah, king Price Insurance is got it all right.
