Bad customer service

I went to Pretoria branch on Friday the 17th to buy a material for someone. I went there with a sample so the lady who assisted me gave me a similar they didn't cut from the roll because the material was finished, so they gave everything from the roll.

The time when she was folding the material l noticed that it was no the same with my sample l did ask her she said no it's the same it's only that the lighting makes it differ but everything is the same.

I took it and l did send to my client unfortunately my client said it's different even the texture so l returned it. To say the truth they way they talked to me was bad they refused to take it back of which it was uncut l was told to wait for the HOD l was called the the lady who assisted me on Friday explained the matter in their language l didn't hear anything and she said l don't want to hear the story we are not taking it back. I didn't explain anything. Customer service is bad
