Metro police Phillip nell park is useless again

Tshwane metro police station Phillip nell park, refuses again to attend to a noise complaint in westpark, ward 3,pretoria west,every week they do not attend to any nuisance calls,about misbehaving neighbours,exspecially at night and on weekends,this Metro police station must be closed,due to lack of service,they only do bribes at roadblocks,and attent to pickets happening,and also shopping on duty in outside their area of work, and buying take aways,this metro police branch is the most useless branch ever.
