Metrofibre - dont use them
I have been forced to use metrofibre for the last 2 years as the have the monopoly in the area I live in (as in the only fiber provider in the Suburb) I have a 500mbps line up/down - I am never able to reach these speeds - the ping sits at over 80ms on every speed test and i run at half the speed that I am paying for - No matter how much you talk to them they do nothing - not to mention that they take 48 hours to respond when you log a ticket when your line goes down, and do not even try calling their help line you will sit in waiting for over 30min with no response - you do not get credit on your account for their down time and they have no urgency to resolve issues - I do not recommend using them at all
