Very efficient, stuck to appointments (in fact were able to install 1 day early) and did a great job.

Best solar provider available.
Amazing service, Damien was extremely helpful with selection of system to suit my household needs and in the price range. Installation is neat and tidy. I have no complaints. COC was given without having to ask for it. It was nice to deal with people and not chatbots for change. I highly recommend Metrowatt over all other companies. Best service by far. loving it.

Best solar provider available.
Amazing service, Damien was extremely helpful with selection of system to suit my household needs and in the price range. Installation is neat and tidy. I have no complaints. Afforable solar rental options
Exceptional service! We needed to go the solar route (increase in electricity tariffs and monthly blackouts in our area for varying reasons) but the upfront costs of solar can be quite overwhelming, not to mention understanding what to buy. We looked around and really didn't find a suitable provider. I found that other service providers were outpriced. We reached out to Metrowatt and they contacted me almost immediately with many options that suited my budget. They have an upfront option but also a very reasonable rental option which is what we opted for. There were ready to come and install the same week but we had delays on our side (renovations). Alta very diligently phoned to check how we are doing and if we are ready. She is also a delightful person to speak to. When we were finally able to give the green light they arrived quickly and installed everyone efficiently. I also love the app the system comes with.

Amazing Customer Service and Installation
I rarely give good reviews on this platform but Metrowatt has been exemplary in their service, From the initial planning and deciding on a custom system to the actual installation, they are extremely professional and helpful, my system is up and running and more than impressed

What a pleasure to report on the Metrowatt installation in our Sectional Title Complex. Without any extra costs to the residents a Solar Generation Plant was installed, and all 36 units benefited from having back-up electricity during loadshedding. What makes this system so unique is that one can continue using major appliances during loadshedding. We opted for a 3-hour battery backup and will never look back. Thank you Metrowatt for looking after our needs.
