I am writing on behalf of my husband, who is disabled, blind, and an amputee. He is currently unable to work.
This company has been very rude and unprofessional in the way they speak to clients and handle debt collection. I have explained multiple times, providing an affidavit confirming my husband’s disability. While we understand that the company has its own policies and legal procedures, it is completely unnecessary to be insensitive and rude.
This is not the first time this has happened. A lady from their office told my husband that it is “not her problem” that he cannot pay due to disability and insisted he should make the payment. Previous emails were also unprofessional, and when I brought this to their attention, the only response was “Merry Christmas and New Year.”
It is very difficult to communicate with a company that does not actually communicate properly, and when they do, the tone is unprofessional and disrespectful. I also see multiple complaints on HelloPeter regarding similar behavior. Why is this company still allowed to treat clients in this way?
