Unprofessional and Unresponsive: Company Fails to Address Accident Damages

On April 19, 2024, a truck with the registration number FK 80 XT GP, belonging to this company, collided with my car in Midrand. Since then, I have been promised multiple times that they would take responsibility and fix the damages. Despite providing them with a case number and all necessary details, my car remains unrepaired.

I have been in constant communication with the so-called ‘manager’ of the truck driver, but my calls and WhatsApp messages are now being ignored. I have shown considerable patience, but this lack of accountability and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. This company needs to take responsibility for the damages caused to my vehicle and fulfill their promises. Their current conduct is extremely disappointing and frustrating.
