Today is the 20th of November 2024, still I haven’t received my license disc. It was supposed to be delivered to me on the 09th of November 2024, now I am driving with expired disc. I booked a disc using Capitec App. Please tell me what must I do in this case?? Next week I need to travel home, I need my disc. At first they said I was not available even though I didn’t receive any call and I was at home the whole day, secondly they said my address is wrong which is a lie. I’ve been calling this number :087 106 9966 But no one answers. I called for more than 1 hour still no one answers. This is really unacceptable.
On April 19, 2024, a truck with the registration number FK 80 XT GP, belonging to this company, collided with my car in Midrand. Since then, I have been promised multiple times that they would take responsibility and fix the damages. Despite providing them with a case number and all necessary details, my car remains unrepaired. I have been in constant communication with the so-called ‘manager’ of the truck driver, but my calls and WhatsApp messages are now being ignored. I have shown considerable patience, but this lack of accountability and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. This company needs to take responsibility for the damages caused to my vehicle and fulfill their promises. Their current conduct is extremely disappointing and frustrating.
